Is it possible to modify or cancel my reservation after having made an advanced payment?
Yes, it is. Depending on the date of your stay, you will have either 48h or until 15 days before the arrival to modify or cancel your reservation free of charges. The advanced payment will then be refunded on your credit card.
What time can I do the check-in?
According to the law regarding Tourism, the check-in time is set for 5 p.m. on the arrival date. However, if the apartment is available and ready, we have no inconvenient in doing the check-in before that time. Our advice is that you call beforehand to get information about the possibility of an early check in.
How can I hire a travel cot?
When you book your apartment. Just before you submit, you will be asked if you wish to hire a travel cot. If you have already booked and need to hire it you can do it by phone. The additional fee is of 8.80€ per night.

Can I take my pet?
Sure, we allow pets in Leo Canela, Leo Islamar and Leo Punta Umbría. Because we know that pets are part of the family, we have assigned these complexes to customers with pets so they can travel along for the holidays. This way, we contribute to the struggle against pet abandonment or avoid you having to leave them home alone or with strangers. It includes an additional fee.
What kinds of pets are allowed?
We only allow dogs that are NOT considered as being of dangerous breeds, up to 10kg weight maximum. Your cat is welcome too as other pets within the same limits.
Is there an additional fee concerning pets?
There is an additional fee of 11€/ pet per night. The reason of this fee is to do an extra detailed cleaning and have at your disposal exclusive apartments for guests that travel with pets, thus we avoid allergies and respect preferences.
