Cancellation policy and payment methods
FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 24H BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE:

Between 01/01/2020 and 28/05/2020 except Easter Week 2020 (03/04/2020 to 11/04/2020) and from 20/09/2020 and 31/12/2020.

Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival have NO CANCELLATION FEE.
For cancelations within the 24 hours prior to the arrival or non- show, the establishment will charge a fee equivalent to one night’s stay (the one with the highest value).



FREE CANCELLATION UP TO 4 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DAY:

From 03/04/2020 to 11/04/2020 and from 29/05/2020 to 19/09/2020. Our policy will only have effect on cancellations taking place less than 4 days prior to the day of arrival.

Cancellation fees are the following:

Cancellations on the 3 days prior to the arrival: 15%
Cancellations on the 48 hours prior to the arrival: 25%
No-show: 100%

* All percentages are calculated based on the total price of the stay.







PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD:

We accept payments through physical credit or debit cards of: Visa, Master Card or Maestro. We do not accept cards from other payment companies and neither virtual cards.



PAYMENT BY TRANSFER OR METALLIC:

It is also possible. For this it is necessary to make your reservation via telephone. You can also do it in person at any of our establishments pre-paying in cash at the reception(SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).
