We follow Tourist legislation, which stipulates that the check-in time for tourist apartments is 5pm on the day of arrival. However, as long as we have your apartment ready, we have no objection if you want to check in earlier. We suggest that you call us to discuss the possibilities.

When you book! Just before the confirmation stage, you will be asked if you need a cot. But if you have already booked and want to request one afterwards, just give us a call. The extra charge for a cot is 8.8€/night.

At the bottom of this page, you will find all our resorts. Click on the one you wish to stay at and you will be taken to its individual page. In the submenu, click on "location" to see the address and telephone number for this establishment.

Of course: in Leo Canela, Leo Islamar and Leo Punta Umbría. We know that your furry friends are part of the family, so we have designed these complexes in such a way that they can also come on holiday. This helps fight against animal abandonment and means you don't have to leave them with other people. It entails a surcharge.

We only accept dogs of breeds that are not considered dangerous, up to approx. 10kg. We also allow cats or other pets within the same constraints.

The surcharge is € 13,20 per pet per night. For this additional charge, we take care of the additional cleaning. We respect all preferences and want to avoid triggering anyone's allergies, so we have exclusive apartment for guests with pets.
