The aim of the Privacy Policy of Apartamentos Turísticos Leo, S.L.U., hereinafter Apartamentos Leo is to protect the information on the Internet and the data that the user may enter on the website. This Privacy Policy is governed by compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law (ES) 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD, we inform you that the data provided, as well as those data derived from your browsing, may be stored in the files of the Apartamentos Leo companies and processed for the purpose of responding to your request and maintaining the relationship established in the forms you subscribe to. Apartamentos Leo reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy, according to its own criteria, or motivated by a change in legislation, jurisprudence or doctrine of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Any modification of the Privacy Policy will be published at least ten days before its effective application. The use of the Website after such changes will imply acceptance of these changes.
