Tariffs and policies

Depending on dates and availability, 2 rates are available: Standard and Non-Refundable Flexible. To find out the conditions of each, choose your dates, check availability and refer to the conditions.

If the booking was made through our website, click on the link in the Booking Management section (at the end of the email) which will show the available options.
If you booked through another company or agency, you must make direct contact with the third party company with which you made your booking.
NOTE: Non-refundable bookings, modification (subject to conditions) and cancellation will be subject to the conditions corresponding to the tariff.

The amount will be refunded, if applicable, in accordance with the general conditions of the contract and the specific conditions of the tariff you selected when making the booking.
In the event of reimbursement, this shall be made by the same means by which payment was made.

Special conditions and different supplements may apply when booking more than 4 units.

"No Show" means failure to arrive at the hotel before 23:59 hours (local time at the property) on the scheduled day of arrival, without prior notification by the customer.
The booking will be considered a "no show" by the establishment and will be automatically cancelled in its entirety. The amount charged will be the amount expressly provided for in the "no show" section included in the "tariff conditions" applicable to your booking.

We accept payment by physical credit or debit card from: Visa, Master Card or Maestro. We do not accept cards from other payment companies or virtual cards.

This is also possible. To do so, you must make your booking by telephone. You can also book in person at any of our establishments by paying in cash at reception (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).
* For some dates and/or sales channels, a deposit will be required.

If the booking / invoice equals or exceeds €1,000, none may be paid in cash, in compliance with the law published in the BOE No. 164: Law 11/2021 of 9th July 2021, on measures to prevent and combat tax fraud, transposing Council Directive (EU) 2016/1164 of 12th July 2016 laying down rules against tax avoidance practices that directly affect the functioning of the internal market, amending various tax rules and on the regulation of gambling.
